Games require a great listening skill and attention to details so a good understanding of English is advisable. However, we do our best to help players.

We do provide secure lockers. We do not take any responsibility for loss or damage of personal items during the game.

Inside Centre VR BH1 is able to accommodate wheelchair users, though there is one area that is not accessible. Please double-check with a member of our staff regarding your situation. In the future, we are planning to build escape rooms designed for wheelchair users.

Don’t worry! You will always have help when you need it.

The only people who will be with you in the escape room are those you invited.
