So, you’re in charge of organising another painstaking large-group event? Let me make it easy for you by breaking down all the questions frequently asked by event managers, maids of honour, best men and/or the only organised friend or colleague in the group.
HOW MANY CAN YOU ACCOMODATE AT ONCE?
We can have up to 24 people playing at once however they won’t all be in the same game. We run 4 games across 2 locations that are 7min walk apart, so depending on the number of players you will need to split into teams:

CAN THE GAMES START OR FINISH AT THE SAME TIME?
Yes and No - Most of our games have different starting and finishing times, however depending on the day and time, we may be able to organise a time where you can all arrive at once. If this won’t be possible, then you’ll most likely have a 10-30min gap in between games – which players in the past have used to drink/eat at the pubs next door! No complaints there!
CAN WE PLAY THE SAME GAME?
Yes, but not at the same time if your number exceeds the maximum amount of players. You may book the same rooms for a different group (or switch) right after your first round of games. That way you can make it a competition by comparing your final escape times and number of clues required.
WHAT ARE YOUR RATES?
Our prices depend on the game and number of people. The more players you have, the cheaper it is per person! WHEN DO WE NEED TO CONFIRM NUMBERS AND MAKE THE FULL PAYMENT BY?
Full payment needs to be made at least 24 hours before your scheduled game. Please confirm your number of players at least 2 days before your games. If there are a few sudden drop outs on the day, don’t stress – we can refund you in cash on arrival!
CAN WE PAY ON ARRIVAL?
Please contact us first if you wish to pay on arrival before your scheduled game. We only accept cash so please have the cash collected, counted and ready before your game so we don’t eat into any of your game time!
HOW MUCH IS THE DEPOSIT?
Our deposit is £30 per game. In order to secure your booking, the deposit needs to be paid within 7 days of receiving your invoice. However, if this may be an issue then we can be quite flexible – Just speak to any of our friendly staff J
WHAT IS THE CANCELLATION POLICY?
We require a 24 hour cancellation notice prior to your scheduled arrival; otherwise you will be charged 100% of your total deposit (£30 Deposit Per Game). The same fee is applied when rescheduling a game without 24 hour notice.
